Every Sunday
The Sunday Dame
One idea. Seven days to live with it.
Every Sunday morning, one essay arrives in your inbox. Not news. Not advice. Not another list of things to fix about yourself.
A real life weekly thought experiment for you to ponder, question, look at all the perspectives, and if something sparks you — move on it.
Real life thoughts, elephants in the room no one talks about, stinging hurts and belly laughs. Some weeks it will quietly change something: a boundary you finally hold strong, a yes you finally commit to, a door you finally walk through.
Sunday is normally a day to rest and prepare for the week. Sundays seem slower, so more time to read and digest. You won’t finish it with your coffee, and that’s the point. It follows you into the week, into the car, the kitchen, the conversation you’ve been avoiding, the decision you keep putting off.
Maybe keep a pad & pen close to jot down those thoughts, make a plan, remember goals that were forgotten…the possibilities are endless.
Then do with it what sparks you.
That is what a Dame does. She thinks. Then she moves.
Read this week’s below, or have it waiting for you on Sunday morning.
